Preparing Your Required Documents

Having your documents up-to-date and organized before you arrive on-site will make your check-in process easier. You'll need to bring them with you to the job action site and present them during induction.

Standard file requirements include things like your completed Skills Checklist, copies of your certifications, a copy of your active nursing license in the state where you'll be working and other important documents.

Licensure Reimbursement Program
